On Saturday, June 29, 2013 at 10:00 AM, the Town of Lancaster, in coordination with Jeffrey H. Taylor and Associates, will hold a design charrette in the Town Hall as part of the Main Street Rezoning Project. The public is invited to attend between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM to offer input on desired development elements for the project route. The meeting will adjourn after input is received in order to give the project team time to create design drawings for particular properties along the project route based on the input received. The public will be invited back at 2:30 to view the results. This is an effort to give a real visual of design possibilities if the land use strategies proposed are adopted and will aid the project team in developing the actual amendments to the land use regulations and ordinances.
