Current Use
	Application for Current Use (Form A-10) Fill out online, print, then send to Lancaster Town Office
	Taking Land Out of Current Use: when land is improved it may come out of current use and thereby trigger a land use change tax. If this applies to you, contact the tax collector.

Timber Tax / Yield Tax:
	If you intend to cut timber and the cut will be more than 10 MBF of sawlogs and 20 cords of fuel wood for personal use, then you will need to file a Notice of Intent to Cut Timber which you can obtain at the Town Office. (Reference RSA79:10)
